Keith
has almost 20 years of experience as a
lawyer working both in private practice
(with Radnoff Pearl and Langevin Morris
Smith) and in-house (the Ottawa Carleton
District School Board) in the areas of
employment and labour relations. As a
practising lawyer he has appeared in
front of many different levels of Court
and tribunals.
Keith
has extensive mediation training through
a variety of sources and trainers
including Barbara Landau and the
University of Windsor Law School. He has
extensive experience lecturing on a
variety of topics including mediation,
professional responsibility and
employment dispute resolution in a
variety of forums including the Bar
Admissions Course and
Carleton University.
